Welcome All. Web-Concepts came about as my need/desire to learn graphics emerged. Graphic design is new to me, so what better way to learn than create graphics? There are many excellent programs for graphic design, but i chose JASC's Paint Shop Pro after looking at the choices. PSP is an excellent value for the price, and an evaluation copy can be downloaded at their site. Check it out, you wont be disappointed. There are also many excellent tutorial pages for PSP on the internet.
